I spent hours every day answering questions E-mailed to me until I realized that in order to provide good answers I needed to reduce the number of E-mails I respond to.  I now answer E-mails from those who are not just curious but really need an answer or an appraisal and appreciate it enough to make a donation and help me defray my costs in operating Policeguide.com.
