University Mound Volunteer Hose Co. 2. This badge was issued to the President of the Hose Co.  University Mound is a San Francisco neighborhood to the north of McLaren Park. It is roughly bordered by Silver Avenue to the north, University Street to the east, McLaren Park to the south and Madison Street to the west.
