Lt. Pratt of the O.P.D. is shown here wearing his gold badge. In 1906 he patented the "Pratt Combination Cuff" which was very successful and is highly sought after by restraint collectors.

This great old pie plate number "13" from the Oakland P.D. is circa 1890. It is sterling silver and has a nice T-pin.
