Chief Police San Leandro shield made by Irvine & Jachens. This badge is thought to have been Chief Peralta’s first Chief of Police badge. After the 14k gold badge below with presentation was presented to him this badge was used as a hat badge. A post was placed on the back in the center to secure the badge to a hat. Sadly this post was placed directly over the word “from” in the presentation. It has since had the post removed and restored by a jeweler. SKU2231
