Interesting design with the Pocket Watch design in the center and the anchor in shield decorations on the sides.  In the center are the initials B. Ott and on the botttom “D.W.C. Mft. Co. which stands for Dueber Watch Case Co. Newport, KY established in 1864 and continuing into the early 1880’s where it merged with Hampden Watch Co. and became the Dueber Hampden Watch Co. moving to Canton, OH in 1888.
