William B. Payne was born 16 Apr. 1915 in Texas and passed on 29 Nov. 1962 aged 47 in Stanislaus Co.
He was buried in Santa Rosa at the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
In 1961 and 1962 the City Directory shows him living in Salinas and his occupatioin is listed as Guard.
