Alameda Co. District Attorney Kidnap Squad ID James A. Goodnight who was assigned to the Squad from the Oaklalnd Police Dept. where he served as an Inspector.

In 1934 the Vallejo Police Detective Sergeant was William McMahon.  In 1936 Frank Hannigan was promoted to the rank of Detective Sergeant.
