Vallejo Police star #6, worn by George Newton Frazer who served Vallejo Police from 1905 till he started as a Solano Co. deputy sheriff in 1927.  Hallmarked by Irvine W. & Jachens.  Hand etching appears added after the badge was issued including the Swastika which was a good luck symbol for hundreds of years before the Nazi’s used it.
