Stanislaus-bnr

  In January of 1881 L. F. Mallory became the Under Sheriff of Stanislaus County, CA.  His badge is made of sterling silver, has hard fired enamel and is hand engraved.  It is featured in the book “California’s Best” by Witherell on page 68 and in “Badges of America’s Finest” by Casey on page 64.  He died on March 6, 1881.  SKU8797
